  • Oversee the technical aspects of property management, including building systems, infrastructure, and maintenance protocols.
Maintenance Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with property managers to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, ensuring that building systems, equipment, and infrastructure are functioning optimally.
Energy Efficiency:
  • Identify opportunities to optimize energy usage in buildings and implement sustainable solutions to drive energy efficiency and cost savings.
  • Stay updated on energy regulations and rebates to maximize efficiency and compliance.
Vendor Management:
  • Engage and manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and suppliers for technical maintenance and repairs.

Technical Assessments and Audits:
