An international business group in Singapore is seeking a business professional for their Clermont Holdings division. This role combines strategy and operations, focusing on evaluating performance, driving execution, and communicating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in consulting or M&A, strong financial skills, and excellent communication abilities. Within our Clermont Holdings division, and as part of Clermont’s internal consulting team, you will be a business professional to one or more of our operating companies, with a mandate to achieve business outcomes and drive operating change.
The role combines elements of strategy and operations, involving close collaboration with management to ensure effective execution.

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following traits:
Start date: Immediate preferred
Compensation: Competitive base salary

Education: University Degree
Experience: 5 – 7 years of professional experience. Ideally with a background in a top‑tier consulting firm, investment bank, or in‑house M&A team involving strategic and operational problem‑solving
Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Travel: Regular international travel may be required
