Job Description & Requirements
Join our team as a Sales Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction. We are seeking an individual to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities:
1. Customer Relations: Open new customer outlets and service existing ones for both new and recurring orders.
2. Sales Development: Develop and maximize sales with customers by building strong rapport and maintaining professional business relationships.
3. Product Distribution: Ensure efficient distribution of products to customers, optimizing performance.
4. Sales Performance Reporting: Generate general reports on sales performance within your portfolio, providing insights to the company.
5. Order Management: Oversee the entire customer order process, coordinate with production, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order completion, and promptly address client inquiries regarding order status.
6. Market Analysis: Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with KPIs.
7. Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships and collaborate closely with brand owners.
8. Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients using company apps for seamless ordering.
