Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Facility Management/ Services
- Position Title: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Working Location: North - Sungei Kadut (Transport provided from Kranji MRT to the company)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Friday: 8.30am – 6pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $4500 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Capable of reading and interpreting tender specifications and drawings
- Proficient understanding of contract management, QS procedures, and pricing
- Tasked with assembling a comprehensive mechanical (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) tender, which includes pricing tabulation, sourcing suppliers, BQ take-off, and Value Engineering, among other duties
- Accountable for compiling tender documents for submission
- Assigned to carry out administrative responsibilities
