Job description

• Budgeting & Cost Control
  Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender bids, and budget plans for aluminum curtain wall projects.
  Review project changes, site instructions, and material price adjustments to update budgets.
  Participate in material/equipment procurement and provide cost analysis for bidding.
• Settlement & Audit
  Prepare final accounts and collaborate with auditors for settlement approval.
  Verify subcontractor and supplier payments to ensure accuracy.
• Contract & Tender Management
  Analyze contract terms related to pricing and payment schedules.
  Prepare tender documents, provide competitive quotations, and support commercial negotiations.
• On-Site Coordination
  Monitor construction progress, identify variations, and adjust budgets accordingly.
  Work closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to optimize cost efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
  Maintain a cost database for future reference.
  Generate periodic cost reports to evaluate project profitability.
• Education & Background
  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Experience 1-3+ years of experience in curtain wall, façade, or aluminum window/door estimation.
  Experience with projects exceeding 5,000㎡ is preferred.
  Fresh graduates with strong learning abilities may be considered.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with BOQ (Bill of Quantities), construction pricing norms, and local regulations.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis.
