Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, fax, letter, or other communication channels
- Provide information on product availability, delivery dates, and delivery locations
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Prepare documents, enter orders into the system, and track order status
- Handle special orders for out-of-stock items and coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse to notify customers when items arrive
- File correspondence and manage shipping and delivery documents, including negotiating Letters of Credit with banks
- Support sales meetings by preparing documents, tracking sales records, and attending meetings

- Negotiate shipping rates with forwarders to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate inbound shipments, track deliveries, and control costs.
