Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Manager in Facilities Management to oversee contract performance and ensure service quality. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 8 years of managerial experience, including 3 years in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities include leading teams, managing operational costs, and driving profitability while maintaining strong contractual relationships. Regular proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software is crucial.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple teams to ensure contract performance meets KPIs.
- Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance.
- Manage and monitor operational costs against budget.
- Drive profitability by achieving financial margin targets.
- Strategize and implement business processes aligned with hospital operations.
Skills
Education
Lead multiple teams and managers to ensure contract performance meets KPIs and exceeds service quality standards.
Implement best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance, leveraging the ISS Integrated Service Model for efficiency and a safe workplace.
To manage and monitor the operational costs and expenses against budget.
Drive profitability by achieving financial margin targets while maintaining strong contractual relationships.
Strategize, plan, and implement all business process and procedure that align with the operation requirements of the hospital.
Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant Facilities Management (FM) discipline.
At least 8 years of managerial experience in facilities maintenance and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in project management and facilities management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
