A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role focused on product data analysis, operations, and cross-functional collaboration. Product Data Analysis
Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative product data (e.g., adoption rate, CSAT, stickiness) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Product Operations & QA
Act as the execution arm of the Product Operations team by performing critical QA checks and managing beta testing for new features, versions, and services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, communicate updates, and support data-driven decision-making.
Community & Sentiment Monitoring
Continuously monitor community engagement and social sentiment to identify trends that may impact user experience.
Technical Issue Management
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of escalated technical problems.
Knowledge Management
Maintain and update the central knowledge repository, including SOPs, internal guidelines, best practices, training materials, and templates.
Operational Support Initiatives
Lead key on-ground operational initiatives such as engagement activities, providing administrative support, and supporting onboarding sessions for new users or partners.
Regulatory & Operational Configuration
Configure settings based on local regulatory requirements, and manage continuous improvements based on user feedback and partner needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and Google Workspace.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels, both internal and external.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management abilities; able to guide, mentor, and motivate others.
Analytical and solutions-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
