Job Description:
- Responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Workday Performance Management and related HCM modules.
- This role partners closely with HR, Talent Management, and IT teams to optimize performance review processes, goal management, continuous feedback, and talent programs within Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workday Configuration & Functional Expertise
- Lead configuration and end-to-end support for Workday Performance Management, including: -> Performance Reviews -> Goal Management -> Check-ins and Continuous Feedback -> Feedback Cycles & Talent Cards -> Review Templates, Steps, & Timeline Setup- Configure business processes, security roles, condition rules, notifications, and dashboards.
2. Project Implementation & Enhancements
- Participate in or lead Workday enhancements, new feature rollouts, and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR/Talent stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
- Support Workday Releases by reviewing new features, assessing impact, and implementing relevant updates.
3. Testing & Documentation
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain detailed documentation: configurations, design documents, SOPs, and release notes.
4. Data & Reporting
- Build and optimize reports and dashboards (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports preferred).
- Support data integrity checks and provide insights to HR and leadership teams.
5. Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Performance Management and related Workday modules.
- Resolve system issues, provide break/fix support, and manage Workday cases.
- Train and support HR partners, managers, and employees on performance-related processes.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 PM implementation in the past
- Need performance and talent Workday certification
- Security clearance to be completed before onboarding
