Project oversight

• Ensure work is progressing according to schedule and specifications.
• Supervising construction progress from start to finish and making necessary adjustments.
• Ensuring timely delivery and availability of materials and equipment.
• Conducting site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets standards.

Safety and compliance

• Enforcing all safety regulations on site to ensure work is performed safely.
• Identifying and mitigating hazards, and implementing control measures as outlined in the WSH (Risk Management) Regulations.
• Obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
• Supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure the use of protective equipment.
• Ensure that work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Address quality issues promptly

Coordination

• Coordinating between various teams, subcontractors and engineers.
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and issues.
• Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Documenting project progress and assisting project managers with other matters.
• Maintain daily logs of site activities. Track attendance, delays, incidents, and inspections.
