Job Responsibilities :
• Design curriculum and develop courseware (including e-learning) for training programmes
• Facilitate and assess in-house WSQ training courses (face to face and / or online)
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external providers to organise training courses
• Conduct post course evaluation and review the quality of training programmes for continuous improvement
• Organise the development and update of the training prospectus, calendar and website
• Promote the Institute's training programmes and events
• Provide secretariat and logistical support for the Institute's training initiatives
Job Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Development (Training)
• Advance Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) / Advance Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Training and / or Healthcare Industry
• Confident in stand-up training, facilitation and assessment
• Excellent business writing, interpersonal and programme management skills
