Job summary
A leading technology company is seeking an Integrated Project Manager in Singapore to drive multiple creative projects from concept to final delivery across various media. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of integrated project management experience, be proficient in marketing communications, and possess excellent project management skills. Strong knowledge in asset production processes and the ability to adapt to changing priorities is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- 8 years of integrated project management experience within a creative agency, in-house agency, or production company.
- Strong knowledge in asset production processes across film, social, photography, CG, print, and digital.
- Excellent project and time-management skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

- Drive multiple creative projects from initial concept to final delivery.
- Manage projects across film content, print, digital, and social media.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

As Integrated Project Manager you will be driving multiple creative projects from initial concept to final delivery. This includes managing projects across film content print digital and social media supporting creative excellence throughout ideation presentation and production. You will ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards of creative excellence.
- 8 years of integrated project management experience within a creative agency, in-house agency or production company.
- Strong knowledge in asset production processes across film, social, photography, CG, print and digital.
- Experience in the cross-functional delivery of creative initiatives including strong project management skills across large‑scale marketing initiatives.
- Excellent project and time‑management skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong working relationships within the creative and production community and an in-depth knowledge of working across the creative and production life cycle.
- Strong marketing communications expertise at both a strategic and executional level.
- Have a deep cultural curiosity and connectedness including extraordinary communication and negotiation skills. You know who needs to know what and when and never leave anyone in the dark.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to complex problems with a solutions‑oriented attitude. Ability to work in a dynamic and highly matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high‑pressure situations applying common sense and a respectful approach.
- Relevant experience supporting SEA markets will be beneficial.
- University degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent experience.
