Job Description

• Conduct strategic research (market, feasibility, competitive, cost) and synthesize complex information into actionable insights to guide decision making in early phase of projects.
• Communicate findings with transparency, clearly stating the confidence level and limitations of the research to ensure planning is grounded in objective reality.
• Assist in project coordination, including workflow management, task tracking, test arrangements and maintaining a well‑organized knowledge base to ensure seamless execution.
• Document and disseminate key information through meeting notes and reports to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Facilitate requirements discussions and translate specifications in both ENGLISH and MANDARIN with stakeholders in China who communicate solely in MANDARIN.

• Strength in critical thinking to challenge assumptions, identify logical flaws, and assess the credibility of information that shapes project scope. A commitment to basing recommendations on evidence.
• You are skilled at presenting objective findings, even when they contradict initial stakeholder expectations, to prevent costly missteps.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
• Background in Software QA, Game Testing, or Technical Analysis is a plus.
• Proficient (written and spoken) in ENGLISH and CHINESE (Min B3 in GCE "O" Level CHINESE) or equivalent) to facilitate requirements discussions, translate specifications with MANDARIN‑SPEAKING ONLY stakeholders in China.
