The Opportunity

• Act as the primary interface between the Superintending Officer and the project team, leading contract administration for large‑scale aviation and infrastructure projects.
• Lead and coordinate design, construction, supervision and handover activities to ensure compliance with contract, quality, safety and programme requirements.
• Monitor construction progress through inspections, audits and site supervision, ensuring adherence to approved designs, methodologies and Singapore regulations.
• Manage project communications, documentation, reporting and non‑standard correspondence, providing timely updates on risks, issues and progress.
• Identify, resolve and proactively manage construction challenges while supporting compliance with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Is this role right for you?

• A recognised tertiary qualification in Engineering, eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore or an equivalent accepted qualification.
• A minimum of 10‑15 years’ experience in civil infrastructure or building projects, including extensive experience in contract administration and major C&S or geotechnical works.
• Proven experience performing the SOR (or similar) role on at least one major project valued at S$300 million or above under PSSCOC or an equivalent contract.
• Deep expertise in statutory codes, contract administration (claims, EOTs), site management, supervision and quality control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills, underpinned by professionalism, integrity and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
