Job summary

A dynamic events and exhibitions company in Singapore is seeking a committed Project Executive to assist in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the events industry, demonstrating strong leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AutoCAD are preferred. This role involves working collaboratively with various teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Project Management within Events/Exhibition Industry.
  • Technical background with knowledge of structural, AV and M&E preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Meticulous, with good planning and coordination skills.

We are looking for a committed and competent professional who can work independently to join us for the following position.

Project Executive (Events & Exhibitions)
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of RFPs and Tenders
  • Plan and manage overall project scheduling
  • Work with designers and different teams to understand and deliver on the project goals
  • Understand safety, building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance
  • Site management and attend or conduct site meetings
  • Adhere to project scheduling, including documentation, commissioning and handover
  • Maintain quality control and manage sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Manage project budget & cost control
  • Identify critical path, foresee potential problems and propose relevant solutions
  • Understand resource requirements and allocate responsibilities
  • Administer routine management reporting & updates
Requirements
  • Atleast 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management within Events/Exhibition Industry
  • Technical background with knowledge of structural, AV and M&E preferred.
  • Meticulous, good planning and coordination
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Motivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team player
  • Being pro-active and receptive to changes
