· Source, evaluate, and execute private equity and venture capital investments in Asia, particularly in India.
· Conduct in-depth financial analysis, business due diligence, and valuation modeling.
· Manage end-to-end deal processes including origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
· Lead portfolio management efforts, working closely with investee companies to track performance, identify strategic initiatives, support capital raising, and prepare for exit events.
· Monitor key performance indicators and proactively manage risks and value-creation levers in the portfolio.
· Prepare high-quality investment memoranda and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
· Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with the fund’s objectives.
· Build and maintain relationships with UHNWI, family offices, and institutional investors.
· Prepare fund marketing materials, investor reports, and presentations.
· Lead investor meetings, update calls, and respond to ongoing LP communications and due diligence.
· Act as a key liaison between investors and the internal investment team.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
· 5–10 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or financial services (e.g., private banking, family offices, asset management).
· Strong portfolio management experience, with the ability to track, support, and enhance value across active investments.
· Solid track record of deal execution and/or investor relationship management.
· Deep understanding of the Indian investment ecosystem and broader Asian market trends.
· Proven experience engaging with UHNWIs, family offices, or institutional LPs.
· Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Hindi (spoken and/or written) is a strong advantage.
· Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
· Willingness to travel regionally for deal sourcing, diligence, and investor engagement.
