Strategy and Execution team

The Strategy and Execution team in EY-Parthenon recognize that CEOs and business leaders are tasked with achieving maximum value for their organizations’ stakeholders in this transformative age. We challenge assumptions to design and deliver strategies that help improve profitability and long-term value. This team help develop and deliver strategic opportunities for clients by providing in-depth market, competitor and customer insight — incorporating financial, operational and implementation perspectives across their entire organization.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of a core engagement team focused on CXO-level strategy and transformation initiatives. Projects may include market entry strategy, growth and turnaround strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, divestments, cost and organizational transformation, and rapid value creation.
• Lead an independent module of an engagement by structuring the module, gathering data, conducting analysis, and formulate recommendations. Share and align findings with the client.
• Interact with client counterparts on a daily basis to ensure alignment and progress.
• Manage a team of 2 to 3 junior team members, providing guidance and support throughout the engagement

To qualify for the role you must have

• A Bachelor's degree/ MBA
• Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting (preferred) or top investment and leading corporates
• Work experience in strategy, operations, or large scale transformation
• Experience in one of the following industries: financial services, consumer products and retail, oil & gas, process and manufacturing industries, and pharma and healthcare
• Travel to client locations within Singapore or outside as necessary
