Strategy and Execution team

The team in EY‑Parthenon recognize that CEOs and business leaders are tasked with achieving maximum value for their organizations’ stakeholders in this transformative age. We challenge assumptions to design and deliver strategies that help improve profitability and long‑term value. This team help develop and deliver strategic opportunities for clients by providing in‑depth market, competitor and customer insight — incorporating financial, operational and implementation perspectives across their entire organization.

Your key responsibilities

• Part of a core engagement team working on a CXO level strategy and transformation agenda – projects range from market entry strategy, growth / turnaround strategy, go‑to‑market strategy, commercial due diligence, post‑merger integration, divestments, cost and organization transformation and rapid value creation.
• Lead an independent module of an engagement – structuring the module, gathering data and conducting analysis and creating recommendations, sharing and aligning findings with the client
• Interacting with client counterparts on a daily‑basis

To qualify for the role you must have

• A Bachelor’s degree / MBA
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting (preferred) or top investment and leading corporates
• Work experience in strategy, operations, or large‑scale transformation
• Experience in one of the following industries: consumer products and retail, oil & gas, process and manufacturing industries, and pharma and healthcare
• Travel to client locations within Singapore or outside as necessary
