A leading communications agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced project and communications manager/director. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong client communication and project management skills. Responsibilities include managing account work, overseeing projects, and liaising with clients and suppliers. This role requires a deep understanding of public relations and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
You should be an experienced, broadly capable project and communications manager or director with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a PR agency or in‑house, able to handle a wide range of assignments, projects and/or clients with a high degree of success and independence. You have the confidence and support of multiple client contacts.
You are able to demonstrate high‑level professional knowledge and skills, and should be able to manage a piece of a large account or a few smaller ones, with little top cover from your team leader.
You should have project management, budgeting, counseling, programming, people management (third party event organisers, and related personnel), and emerging business development skills.
You take responsibility for the projects that you manage, providing excellent client service, applying the agency’s best resources, and successfully managing people involved in projects and managing profitable growth.
