Job summary

A trading company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage accounts receivables and payables, generate reports, and assist with other tasks. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and a diploma in accountancy. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with the ability to communicate in Mandarin. This position is for Singaporean or PR applicants only and offers a 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivables, including billing and credit control.
  • Handle accounts payable claims.
  • Generate AR reports and perform reconciliations.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word

Ability to communicate in Mandarin

  • Assist in other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirement:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.

  • Able to multi-task and possess a positive attitude
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Tight deadlines
  • Willing to perform data entry, meticulous and detailed
  • Able to communicate in Mandrain.

5.5days work week.
