Job description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across our F&B brands in Singapore. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

We want someone who is strategic and hands-on, with strong execution capability across digital, content, campaigns, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and commercial objectives.
  • Lead brand, digital, and campaign marketing initiatives across online and offline channels.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Oversee social media, CRM, EDM, content, and paid media strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to support promotions, launches, and business initiatives.
  • Work with agencies and vendors (creative, media, PR) to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely delivery.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics (e.g. ROI, CAC, conversion rates) and prepare regular reports and insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective cost control and spend optimisation.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience managing multi-brands or multi-outlets portfolios.
  • Familiarity with Singapore consumer market and digital platforms.
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
