We are a vibrant, newly opened indoor playground in Singapore focused on delivering safe, clean, and unforgettable play experiences for children and families. We are looking for an energetic and responsible leader to manage daily operations and lead our young service team.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily service team (Full timers+ part-timers), including shift briefing, task allocation, and performance coaching
- Oversee smooth venue operations: opening/closing on time, maintaining highest cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage front desk operations: greeting guests, cashier duties, membership/package promotion, handling inquiries and feedback
- Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed (height checks, harness management, capacity control)
- Coordinate party bookings and execution (setup, hosting support, cleanup)
- Monitor stock levels (socks, snacks, party supplies) and coordinate restocking
- Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent guest experience
- Assist with basic reporting (daily sales, attendance, feedback summary)
- Support the owner in team scheduling and training
Requirements
- Outgoing, positive personality with strong leadership and communication skills
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in customer-facing roles (playground, F&B, retail, hospitality, or entertainment preferred)
- Enjoy working with children and families
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts (typical operating hours 10am–8pm)
- Physically active (role involves standing, walking, and occasional light lifting)
- Singaporean/PR
- Passion for delivering excellent service and maintaining a fun, safe environment
