Flippa, the #1 platform to buy and sell online businesses, is looking for a driven M&A Broker to manage high‑value deals and expand our footprint across APAC, based in Singapore.

About the Role

As an M&A Broker, you will manage a portfolio of APAC‑based sellers, develop client relationships, and support buyers from around the world in acquiring businesses. You will work closely with Flippa’s Regional Director, APAC and the Sales team to drive deals from initial listing through to transaction, providing hands‑on advisory and market insight along the way.

This is a Singapore‑based role, with travel across the APAC region required to meet clients, attend events, and build relationships in person. Our small yet growing Singapore team is office based and located at the Hive Carpenter.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, win listings, and manage them through to sale
• Build and maintain relationships with APAC sellers, global buyers, and investors, acting as a trusted advisor
• Support client transactions end‑to‑end, including valuations, negotiations, and deal closure
• Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral and pitch decks
• Maintain pipeline and CRM (HubSpot) to track leads, interactions, and opportunities
• Travel across APAC to meet clients, attend industry events, and strengthen relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in M&A, brokerage, or sales (business development/outbound experience preferred)
• Proven ability to manage accounts, conduct business analysis, and drive deals to completion
• Experience in digital marketplaces or small business sales is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or related field is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Willingness to travel across the APAC region as needed
