Job Responsibilities

• Manage inventory review, updates and prepare performance reports for NSC online sales channels (Shopee and e-Commerce)
• Assist to ensure online contents stay relevant (i.e., promotions, banners and price updates)
• Process online orders and oversee order fulfilment to ensure timely shipments
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback on online channels
• Assist in replenishment of inventory, stationery and packing supplies
• Assist in stocktake and cycle counts of retail items
