Role – SharePoint Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx (React framework), including web parts, extensions, UI customizations, and integration components.
• Customize and enhance the SharePoint Online User Profile experience, including profile pages, directory views, and personalized dashboards.
• Build and integrate Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) to extend SharePoint forms, data entry, workflows, and process automation.
• Develop and manage Power Automate flows to automate document lifecycle, approvals, notifications, and data integration.
• Work with SharePoint Search to configure search schema, custom refiners, result sources, adaptive cards, and search-driven pages.
• Implement robust Records Management capabilities in SharePoint Online, including retention labels, retention schedules, disposition review, and compliance policies.
• Support and optimize migration of eSafe records into SharePoint Online document libraries and records repositories.
• Implement best practices for SharePoint governance, permissions, auditing, and site hierarchy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint, SPFx, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services.

Requirements

• Good hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online (Modern Experience).
• Proven experience developing SPFx solutions using React, TypeScript, PnP JS, Fluent UI (Office UI Fabric).
• Experience building SharePoint-integrated solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint Search, Managed Properties, Refiners, Schema configuration.
• Experience with SharePoint Records Management (Retention labels, policies, file plans, metadata design).
• Experience working with SharePoint Site Columns, Content Types, Term Store (Managed Metadata).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST API, and PnP libraries.
• Good understanding of Entra ID permissions, SharePoint app permissions, and App‑Only authentication.
• Experience in document management systems, large‑scale libraries, and metadata‑driven information architecture.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PowerShell / PnP PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework extensions (command sets, field customizers).
• Experience with security and compliance in Microsoft 365.
