A leading e-commerce company in Singapore is seeking a professional to support online campaigns, CRM management, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in business or marketing and 2 - 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include executing CRM campaigns, tracking performance, and supporting marketing initiatives. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication are essential for this role.
Support the planning and execution of online campaigns (e.g. promotions, seasonal sales, product launches)
Build and maintain campaign timelines and trackers
Work closely with the design team for banner and creative asset creation
Prepare clear briefs including banner sizes, copy, deadlines, and placement requirements.
Grow online sales and other crucial online KPIs for the Singapore market.
Support ad-hoc e-commerce and system-related tasks as required
Execute CRM campaigns for both online and offline customers across Email, Push Notifications, and SMS using CleverTap
Work closely with the Marketing team to align CRM communications with ongoing brand, retail, and promotional campaigns
Support segmentation based on customer behaviour, purchase history, and campaign objectives
Set up campaign content, scheduling, journeys, and basic personalisation
Manage recurring and always-on CRM flows (e.g. abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, reminders)
Track and monitor performance of CRM campaigns and journeys for online and offline initiatives
Share campaign performance updates and insights with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders
Maintain CRM trackers, dashboards, and reporting documents
Identify gaps, issues, or optimisation opportunities and escalate when needed
Support post-campaign reviews and learnings
Assist with execution support for performance marketing (Meta, Google, etc.)
Upload creatives, update UTM parameters, and manage campaign documentation
Pull basic performance reports and highlight trends
Coordinate with internal or external media partners where required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in eCommerce, CRM, or related roles
Experience with CRM tools is a must (Familiarity with CleverTap is highly preferred)
Experience with Analytics tools is a must (GA4 and PowerBI)
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
Understanding of performance marketing or analytics
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills and ability to work with regional teams
Willingness to learn and take ownership of execution tasks
Reports directly to E-commerce Manager
