We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support our clinic’s digital presence and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Collaboration

  • Work closely with doctors and internal teams to translate clinical information into patient-friendly educational content

  • Develop content for social media, website pages, blog articles, EDMs, brochures, and patient materials

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with clinic specialities and seasonal healthcare trends

Regulatory-Compliant Healthcare Marketing

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with MOH/HCSA healthcare advertising guidelines

  • Review content for regulatory and ethical compliance before publishing

Website & Patient Journey Optimisation

  • Analyse digital data and recommend improvements to website service pages and patient enquiry journey

  • Write SEO-optimised website content and blog articles to improve search visibility

  • Enhance FAQ pages, service descriptions, and enquiry conversion flow

Social Media & Digital Platforms Management

  • Manage and grow the clinic’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc)

  • Conduct regular social media audits to ensure best practices are applied

  • Execute and monitor paid social media campaigns

  • Maintain digital dashboards across multiple accounts to track performance

Visual Content Production

  • Handle basic photography and videography for marketing purposes

  • Edit videos and visuals using Adobe software

  • Coordinate filming sessions with doctors and staff for content creation

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing metrics with focus on patient enquiries and conversion

  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management

  • Track effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements

Online Presence & Reputation Management

  • Create and maintain online listings across Google Business, healthcare directories, and relevant platforms

  • Monitor and respond to Google reviews to maintain the clinic’s online reputation

Campaign Coordination & Internal Marketing

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and front desk teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns

  • Design in-clinic marketing collaterals such as posters, brochures, and service leaflets

  • Prepare EDMs and patient broadcast messages for campaigns

Brand Consistency

  • Ensure brand message and tone are consistent across all platforms and materials

Others

  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role

  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe creative software for photo and video editing

  • Strong writing skills and ability to create educational, patient-friendly content

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

  • Good understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and content strategies

  • Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking

  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS)

  • Experience in healthcare, medical, or regulated industries will be an advantage
