Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a skilled E-commerce and Social Commerce Executive to manage and grow their presence on Tiktok Shop, Fairprice Online, and other marketplaces. Responsibilities include campaign execution, performance analysis, and collaboration with teams to optimize engagement. Qualifications

Job description

Objective

• Responsible for managing and growing our presence across Tiktok shop, Fairprice Online Marketplace and other E-commerce platforms as needed
• Lead Tiktok social commerce initiatives, including content planning, trend monitoring and campaign execution
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations and timely campaign launches.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and engagement
• Setting and delivering technology-based solutions and ensuring that expenditure is maintained at the agreed level and projects are delivered to agreed

Job Scope

• Manage E-commerce Platforms
• Oversee Fairprice online and support other marketplaces (Tiktok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) as required.
• Handle product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions.
• Track and report performance metrics for all platforms

Lead Tiktok Social Commerce

• Plan and execute Tiktok campaigns, including content creation and trend monitoring.
• Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to drive engagement and conversions.
• Host engaging livestream sessions on Tiktok or Shopee to drive product awareness and conversions.
• Optimize strategies based on analytics and platform insights.

Drive Growth Through Analysis & Collaboration

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

Additional Information

• Salary – Up to S$4K per month
