We are partnering with a global retailer to look for a Regional Marketing Manager. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between physical retail and digital commerce. You will be crafting holistic customer journeys that drive foot traffic, optimize online user experience, and build lasting loyalty. Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will drive the regional O2O (online-to-offline) strategy, designing marketing campaigns that simultaneously boost in-store traffic and optimize online conversions. Leading the digital roadmap, you will focus on user experience and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) while directing visual merchandising and promotional activities on the ground. Beyond execution, you will own the marketing budget, utilizing deep data analytics to track KPIs and maximize ROI across all touchpoint.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management with at least 7 years’ experience in retail marketing and a proven track record of driving sales conversion and commercial performance.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability, with demonstrated experience in budget management and measuring ROI.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term, cross-functional partnerships.
