As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will drive the regional O2O (online-to-offline) strategy, designing marketing campaigns that simultaneously boost in-store traffic and optimize online conversions. Leading the digital roadmap, you will focus on user experience and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) while directing visual merchandising and promotional activities on the ground. Beyond execution, you will own the marketing budget, utilizing deep data analytics to track KPIs and maximize ROI across all touchpoint.
