The role offers a competitive base salary of $2400-$3000 plus commission and growth opportunities within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails.
- Assist customers through the online purchasing/subscription process.
- Build trust through empathetic, solution-oriented communication.

Manage order follow-ups, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Monitor e-commerce sales performance and suggest improvements. - 💬 Customer Engagement
Educate pet parents on the science behind our products.
Build trust through empathetic, solution-oriented communication.
Support smooth onboarding and plan activations. - 🤝 Partnership Development
Assist in growing relationships with trainers, groomers, and pet-related businesses.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to boost online sales.
- Prior experience in indoor sales, education sales, telesales, or e-commerce preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (written & verbal).
