Job Description:

1. Attend to customers contacting us through the phone, electronic means and our showroom.
2. Process customers’ orders for fulfilment by our Logistics team.
3. Maintain our customer database.
4. Organize monthly promotions & activities.
5. Compile and disseminate scientific articles for our customer education.
6. Cultivate relationships with our customers.

Pre-requisites:

Min Education Level: Diploma
Field of Study: Pharmaceutical, Food & Health Sciences, Nutrition, Dietetics.
Years of Experience Required: 3
Language: English

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with good attention to details
