Responsibilities

• Supervise daily application reviews and ensure it is compliance
• Provide guidance on nutrient labelling, claims, guidelines and food regulations.
• Review and approve assessments through the multi-tier sign-off process.
• Manage high-volume technical assessments per year
• Lead all audit checks: Nutrient Verification, Market Surveillance, Close-the-Loop, Ad-hoc.
• Liaise with laboratories for nutrient testing coordination.
• Prepare monthly reports, audit summaries and follow-up actions.
• Train staff on SOPs, guidelines and assessment consistency.
• Ensure proper handover and coverage when staff are on leave.

Requirements

• Degree in Food Science & Nutrition, Food Science & Technology, or Nutrition/Dietetics.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in food/nutrition/public health/related project work.
• Experienced in Data management system.
• SOP-driven environments
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to guide staff through technical and administrative processes.
