Key Responsibilities

• 📈 Sales & Conversions
  Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails.
  Convert enquiries into subscribers by explaining our nutrition plans and benefits.
  Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• 🛒 E-Commerce Sales Management
  Assist customers through the online purchasing/subscription process.
  Manage order follow-ups, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
  Monitor e-commerce sales performance and suggest improvements.
• 💬 Customer Engagement
  Educate pet parents on the science behind our products.
  Build trust through empathetic, solution-oriented communication.
  Support smooth onboarding and plan activations.
• 🤝 Partnership Development
  Assist in growing relationships with trainers, groomers, and pet-related businesses.
  Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to boost online sales.

Requirements

• Prior experience in indoor sales, education sales, telesales, or e-commerce preferred.
