Your responsibilities
  • Received replenishment plan from Supply Service.
  • Liaise with Supply Service, demand Planner and Marketing team to align demand and sales forecast.
  • Execute end to end planning with appropriate strategic decisions aligned with MPS (master planning schedule) plan.
  • Converts MPS to Material Requirements Plan.
  • Maintain capacity plans and production schedules to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service, and cost objectives.
  • Provide rolling material purchase forecast to suppliers to meet future needs.
  • Participate in Supply review.
  • Lead production review meeting to evaluate production plan to meet supply requirement, considering all operations constraints, including Warehouse and Logistics.
  • Ensure adequate material inventory to meet to fulfil customer demand while minimizing inventory, waste and supply chain costs.
  • Work closely with Production, Supply Service, Logistics and Procurement teams to address any changes to supply plan and resolve any shortage situations.
  • Creates shipping plan for Finished Goods export and drives related KPIs.
  • Initiate and lead process improvement projects to drive better efficiencies and yield improvement in KPIs.
  • Timely and accurate submission of required reports.
  • Support NPI initiatives, execute launch/discontinuations to meet customer expectations.
The experience we're looking for
  • Min. Diploma in Logistic, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in production planning, capacity planning, materials planning, purchasing and customer service.
  • Experience in demand/supply planning and work order/schedule management in manufacturing operation environment.
  • Worked with cross-functional teams in complex and changing environment. Strong interpersonal skill and success in coordinating cross functional teams in person and in remote.
  • Good communication skills for effective interaction within the plant and with internal customers throughout the Mead Johnson Nutrition organization.
  • Mastery of MRP II concepts.
  • Broad business knowledge of Supply Chain with strong coordination and collaboration skills.
