Digital Marketing Senior Executive / Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Research trends, competitor benchmarks, and audience preferences.
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (text, images, videos, stories, news).
- Respond to follower queries promptly and monitor online reviews.
- Oversee social media account designs (layouts, thumbnails, branding).
- Suggest and implement new features such as promotions, competitions, and engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and digital innovations.
2. Digital Campaigns & Advertising
- Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Set campaign objectives, track KPIs, and report on ROI and performance metrics.
- Analyse data and optimize funnel performance to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines effectively.
3. Content, Creative & Video Production
- Plan and oversee the creation of short-form videos, educational content, interviews, and promotional assets.
- Work on storyboards, scripts, shooting schedules, and post-production workflow.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creators/agencies to produce high-quality videos and visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital content.
4. E-Commerce & Landing Pages
- Design and optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversions.
- Manage product listings, campaign pages, and website content updates.
- Work with sales and customer service to ensure seamless user experience across the funnel.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and product teams for integrated digital campaigns.
- Support offline and online brand activities such as events, webinars, and live sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Senior Executive, or Marketing Manager.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms, especially Facebook and YouTube.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems and social media management tools.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging text, images, and video content.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and digital performance metrics.
- Familiarity with basic web/graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma).Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field.
- Passion for health, wellness, and social impact is a strong advantage.
- Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends (e.g., Fri and Sat or Sun and Mon off).
