Medical Technologist jobs in Singapore

Responsible for preparing and analyzing patient samples, including blood, urine, sputum, and other bodily fluids or tissues.

Samples need to be prepared for testing by performing tasks like centrifugation, staining, and preparing slides, ensuring they are ready for analysis.

Operate and maintain various laboratory instruments ensuring that laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained properly to guarantee accurate results.

Identifying and correcting any errors or equipment malfunctions that may arise during testing.

Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of test results, patient information, and equipment usage.

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical science or related field
• Strong understanding of laboratory practices, techniques and equipment
• Previous working experience in a laboratory setting, in a clinical setting related would be an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
