A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Food Technologist specializing in baking. The successful candidate will develop new bakery products and improve existing formulations while ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal applicants should possess a relevant degree and have significant R&D experience in the baking industry. This full-time position offers flexibility in working hours and the opportunity to travel overseas for projects.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in R&D in flour milling and baking.
  • 5+ years experience for senior position.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development of new food improvers.
  • Troubleshoot issues both internally and externally.
  • Create and test new bakery products and concepts.

Skills

Baking cake experience
Experience in R&D in milling
Technical support for customers
Development of new bakery recipes

Education

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in food science
