Job summary

An established recruitment agency is seeking a Food Technologist/Senior Food Technologist in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new food products, conducting R&D, and providing technical support in a bakery environment. Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience in R&D for Food Technologist or 5 years for Senior Food Technologist.
• Must have baking cake experience.
• Able to travel overseas for projects.
• Willingness to travel overseas for projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop new food improvers and baking recipes.
• Conduct live demonstrations for bakery seminars.
• Liaise with sales for technical advice.
• Develop innovative concepts based on market trends.
• Conduct evaluations and present new products to customers.
