Ranger Buddies is seeking a bold, entrepreneurial Sales Leader to drive new business growth through both direct sales and strategic partnerships. This is a hunter role, focused exclusively on acquiring new accounts across untapped industries and sectors that engage families with young children. This role will be responsible for generating revenue through direct deal-making, securing brand sponsorships, and forming high-impact strategic collaborations with partners that can help scale the brand locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales capabilities with partnership-building instincts and is passionate about scaling purpose-led brands through creative, cross-sector engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Sales and Revenue Generation
  • Identify, pitch, and close new commercial deals across industries such as consumer goods, hospitality, and education
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline focused on companies targeting families with young children
  • Deliver revenue growth through direct sales of Ranger Buddies’ products, activations, and edutainment experiences
  • Brand Sponsorships and Strategic Partnerships
  • Secure sponsorship deals to support large-scale campaigns, experiences, or co-branded initiatives
  • Build strategic collaborations with partners who can expand Ranger Buddies’ market reach and relevance
  • Tailor partnership proposals to meet mutual brand, business, and impact goals
  • Market Expansion and Brand Visibility
  • Champion the Ranger Buddies brand across Singapore, ensuring visibility in every major touchpoint for families
  • Work with strategic partners to create activation opportunities and expand brand presence
  • Support global growth by identifying new markets and partnership opportunities for international expansion
  • Sales Strategy and Performance Reporting
  • Establish and track KPIs for revenue, outreach, and partnership value
  • Analyse sales performance and market feedback to refine sales and partner strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape offerings aligned with partner and consumer needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial strategy roles
  • Demonstrated track record of new business acquisition, revenue generation, and market expansion
  • Experience working in or with sectors such as consumer products, media, education, hospitality, or lifestyle
  • Familiarity with brand sponsorships, strategic partnerships, or public-private collaborations
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore market, particularly in reaching families with young children

Requirements

  • Proven ability to identify, pitch, and close complex commercial deals across diverse industries
  • Strong pipeline management and ability to execute across the full sales cycle
  • Ability to craft and present compelling sales and partnership proposals tailored to strategic partner goals
  • Comfortable working in a hunter role with no existing account management responsibilities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to spot white space opportunities and turn them into executable plans
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Experience launching or scaling new products, partnerships, or ventures in B2B or B2B2C environments
  • Ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to optimize performance and growth
  • Effective team collaborator with experience working across cross-functional teams and with external partners, such as entertainment brands, educational institutions, or family-focused organizations
  • Organized and resourceful, with strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Passion for purpose-driven brands, with the ability to balance commercial objectives and social impact
