A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources professional to manage various HR functions, including talent acquisition and employee management. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and IT to enhance the adoption of HRIS and contribute to digitalization efforts. Ideal candidates will possess a recognized degree in Information Technology or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This position offers contractual employment with opportunities to participate in corporate projects.
You will handle the full spectrum of human resource functions for your assigned user group. You will provide advice and support line departments in talent acquisition, management and retention and related employment and employee matters. You will need to collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to support and engage end-users in the adoption of the new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), work on digitalisation and automation of HR processes. Last but not least, you will be involved in the administration of staff programmes and events and participate in corporate projects as assigned. The selected candidate will be offered employment on contractual terms.
