About the role

We are looking for a driven and passionate Junior Talent Acquisition/Manpower professional to join our growing team at Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd. This is a full-time role based in the Central Region, and you will play a key part in supporting our internal recruitment and manpower requirements.

What you'll be doing
  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
  2. Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates for open roles
  3. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best‑fit candidates
  4. Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
  5. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and candidate database
  6. Provide regular recruitment updates and analytics to the leadership team
  7. Support the implementation of our employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  8. Recruitment of part timers would be advantageous
What we're looking for
  1. 1-2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably in the human resources or staffing industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  3. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with a keen eye for detail
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  5. Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation
