A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Specialist focused on the Construction sector. You will identify and onboard clients, generate leads through various channels, and conduct needs analysis to match financial products to client requirements. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of B2B sales experience and a background in the construction industry. This role involves maintaining relationships with decision-makers and staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Finance Specialist – Construction

You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients in the Construction industry, offering tailored financial solutions including unsecured and secured business loans. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B sales background and an understanding of industry-specific challenges and financing needs.

  • Location: Bukit Batok

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target and onboard clients in the Construction sectors with business loan or equipment financing requirements.

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and site visits.

  • Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.

  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.

  • Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.

  • Ensure all documentation, customer due diligence and KYC norms are followed as per regulatory and company guidelines.

  • Build long-term relationships with business owners or decision-makers.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and lending norms.

  • Track client lifecycle events (e.g. new project, merger, expansion plans) for upselling opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2–4 years of sales experience

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or other related field

  • Proven experience in dealing with clients in the Construction industry
