A leading beauty salon in Singapore is seeking a Head of Sales who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. As part of the role, you will lead the sales team, focusing on client acquisition and retention, oversee daily operations, and work closely with marketing to execute promotions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing customer experience. This role offers an opportunity to significantly impact the salon's growth and performance.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and attract high-value customers to the beauty salon.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and improve customer retention rates.
- Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure high customer service standards.
The Employee shall be employed as Head of Sales and shall perform the following duties:
