Job summary

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for engaging and convincing existing Commercial Property Loan customers to take up the repricing package.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory property financing guidelines. Must be able to cross refer and sell other bank products.
  • Work independently and take ownership of issues, handle customers’ queries professionally and efficiently with the ability to retain huge amount of product and service knowledge.
  • To be customer centric, be able to identify areas for process improvements, and work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Period:

  • 6 month contract

Location:

  • Raffles Place

Salary:

  • up to $3,800

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma holder with relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal skill and objection handling.
  • Possess a customer excellence mindset, consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction and quality service
  • Good problem-solving skills, meticulous and a keen eye for details
  • Mature, meticulous, well‑organised, takes initiative, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Fast in learning and picking up commercial property knowledge and regulatory requirement.
  • Knowledge of commercial property lending will be an added advantage.
