The successful candidate will manage various commercial aspects, including proposal support, contract negotiation, and risk management while working collaboratively with project teams. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in business operations and project management, along with strong negotiation skills and the flexibility to travel within Asia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business operations and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts with government departments.
• Current practicing certificate or membership of an associated professional body.
• Flexibility to travel within Asia as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial excellence across WSP Asia.
• Ensure commercial management support from proposal to opportunity closure.
• Work with the legal team to ensure legal protection in agreements.
• Review and maintain standard Terms and Conditions of commercial agreements.
• Develop strategies for project portfolio performance.
