A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment efforts, oversee onboarding, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and 6–10 years of relevant experience. This role includes managing talent pipelines and developing employee experience initiatives, offering a competitive salary package.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles.

- Plan learning and development sessions.
- Conduct employee surveys and action plans.
- Partner with management on succession planning.
- Oversee all HR administration.
