Job summary

A prestigious university in Singapore is looking for an HR Business Partner (Assistant Manager / Manager) to join their Faculty of Law. You will collaborate with various HR teams to manage HR functions for Research staff and support recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of HR experience, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of working experience in HR.
  • 3 years as an HR Business Partner in higher education or research.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions for Research and Contingent staff.
  • Work closely with Centre Directors and Managers for recruitment.
  • Provide HR policy advice to business units.
