Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a Commissioning Manager responsible for governance and overseeing commissioning activities across projects. The role includes leading the project team's commissioning efforts, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates must have a degree in engineering and experience as a Commissioning Manager with FPSO projects. This position offers a dynamic work environment with significant responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience being a Commissioning Manager with FPSO.
Responsibilities
- Act as the owner of the company’s commissioning framework.
- Provide commissioning input during project tendering.
- Support ongoing projects with commissioning best practices.
- Participate in vessel inspections and technical assessments.
- Lead and manage all commissioning activities.
- Plan and mobilise commissioning resources.
- Define commissioning boundaries and oversee documentation.
- Track commissioning progress and provide status reporting.
- Coordinate with Quality team for mechanical completion.
- Interface with clients and vendors for handover.
- Maintain responsibility for commissioning safety.
- Lead offshore commissioning phases.
- Manage commissioning punch lists.
