HR Shared Services & Systems Specialist, HRIS (up to $7000 + AWS + VB, Semicon)
Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Shared Services professional with over 5 years of experience. The role involves optimizing HR systems, ensuring data compliance, and generating insightful reports. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Analytics, and strong knowledge in HRIS. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Shared Services, HRIS, or HR transformation.
- Preferable background in semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Implement initiatives to grow and optimize the HR Shared Services Center.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to improve HR systems functionality.
- Generate and maintain HR dashboards and reports for analytics.

- Provide strong support and training on HRMIS platforms to HR teams and employees.
- Advise business leaders on HR systems, policies, and data-driven workforce strategies
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Shared Services, HRIS, or HR transformation roles—preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise HR systems and data analysis tools.
