Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in global or regional roles.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement strategies, propose initiatives and work with business stakeholders.
• Explore process improvements and improve efficiency of the processes.
• Support Senior Procurement Manager in managing contracts from the quotation stage to final purchase contract.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement policies, processes and templates.
• Manage RFQ and RFP procurement activities.
• Maintain and provide data to perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Perform detailed reviews of purchase orders, quotations, and tender terms and conditions.
• Flag incomplete areas and notifies responsible parties of open action items.
• Obtain approvals from appropriate individuals/ business partners for non-standard contract terms.
• Lead negotiation of contractual terms and conditions.
