BullionStar is growing quickly! We are hiring an experienced System Administrator. BullionStar offers a versatile environment with varying tasks in an exciting industry.

• Handle installation and upgrades of existing and new servers for our systems
• Setup networks and systems for our cloud and in-house environments
• Setup audits, alerts, and monitoring tools for server and network activities
• Setup different system environments for the Development team (development, sandbox, etc)
• Improve security of existing IT systems and equipments
• Handle system backups, data storage, and archiving

• Installation and configuration of network equipment
• Hands‑on experience in layer 3 configuration
• Configuration and troubleshooting of Ethernet and WiFi network connections

• Provision IT equipments such as Desktops and Laptops for employee onboarding and other activities
• Handle IT equipment inventory, upgrades and management
• Perform proper decommissioning of IT equipments
• Implement best practices for IT security and equipment management
• Setup and maintain the Bullion Center's displays and IoT systems

• Excellent understanding of different operating systems (Microsoft Windows, Linux, Apple macOS, etc)
• Familiarity with Cloud environments (AWS, Google, Akamai)
• Experience with Ubiquiti products
• Ability to handle provisioning, upgrades and maintenance of different types of IT equipments
• Experience with monitoring tools and system upgrades
• Willingness to learn new things to continuously improve the IT system of BullionStar
• Proficient spoken and written English

• Self‑motivated: You are expected to manage the different priorities of tasks assigned to you and manage your own time.
• Ownership & Responsibility: You are required to drive changes and improvements taking full ownership from idea to implementation.
• Responsible: You are expected take responsibility together with the rest of the development team to develop and manage our software solutions long‑term.

This is a permanent full time position. The job location is at BullionStar's headquarter at 45 New Bridge Road.

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 6,000 to SGD 8,000, plus up to 3 months bonus. In addition, BullionStar provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month salary. BullionStar furthermore offers reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.
